Step 1: Defrost

Step 2: Separation

Step 3: Change the water
Frozen squid tubes fully cleaned,clean the squid tube twice.
Step 4: Flash freeze
Drain the water in the changed squid tube and place it in the tray one by one for single freezing;The two trays where the squid tube is placed are stacked and compacted in order to flatten the squid tube so that the cut ring is closed;Finally, the squid tube after being put into the cold storage for freezing.
Step 5: Install the frame through water
The frozen squid tube is rehydrated, then framed and ready to start cutting.

Step 6: Cut
Place the frozen equatorial squid tube in the cutting machine to start cutting.
Step 7: Sorting
The workers will sort the cut squid rings, pick out the defective products, and leave the finished products intact, with a specification of 3-9cm.

Step 8: Refreeze
The equator squid rings with good quality specifications will be frozen again, and then put into the cold storage after another water.
Step 9: Packaging
The frozen equator squid ring is loaded into the film inner bag in bulk, and then into the carton packaging is completed, the conventional is 4 kg a box.
